The couplet of Rahim appears to make more sense now:
छमा बड़न को चाहिये, छोटन को उत्पात
कह रहीम हरि का घट्यो , जो भृगु मारी लात।
This is really interesting:
Elders must learn to forgive the nuisance created by youngsters (even at the work place). The misbehavior of younger ones will be of similar value as a kick by an insect!
