How can a physicist predict

 that the " real estate market "

which was finding itself occupied in last 20 years

 in several mega cities  will find itself at ease.  People will have difficulty in finding tenants for their houses.  This I concluded by comparing my experimental results obtained by me  with the simulations of the LG beam within a minute :

I have used "Claude" for generating the program and "Google colab" for plotting the output.  Both are acknowledge for this academic activity.

 

 

Just to add, I also used the same for (i). generating another higher or LG and Hermite Gauss mode as well as (ii) to confirm the interference pattern of the LG 5,0 mode.
